QLD Learning offers a unique suite of integrated, data-driven decision making tools and training that empower teachers, principals and district administrators to understand the effects of classroom instructional strategies and speed the rate of learning for all students.
QLD Learning co-founders Jan O'Neill and Anne Conzemius are the authors of the award winning Building Shared Responsibility for Student Learning, published by ASCD in 2001, and the acclaimed Handbook for SMART School Teams, published by National Educational Service in 2002. Complemented by QLD Learning's video-based training kits, these books introduce and support QLD Learning's onsite professional development training on the SMART Schools/SMART Goals School Improvement Process.
Two server-based software systems complete the QLD Learning suite of products: SMART CurriculumMaster is designed to manage, align and integrate the curriculum; SMART GoalMaster is a data monitoring tool that measures rates of learning progress against school, classroom and individual SMART goals. SMART CurriculumMaster was released in October 2002. SMART GoalMaster is scheduled for release early in 2003.

ASCD published Building Shared Responsibility for Student Learning (by Anne Conzemius and Jan O'Neill) as a premier member book in December 2001. Building shared responsibility for student learning is an ongoing activity — a journey and not a destination. This research-based resource provides a map in the form of effective structures, systems, processes, and policies.
Published by National Educational Service (NES) in June 2002, The Handbook for SMART School Teams (by Anne Conzemius and Jan O'Neill) puts quality improvement at your fingertips by providing practical teaming and data resources - from types of teams, member roles, and team ground rules to data collection, data analysis, and data interpretation. Reproducible tools that support your quality improvement efforts are included on an accompanying CD.
SMART CurriculumMaster is a practical, Web-based curriculum management system that honors both the creativity of a school's faculty and the need for monitoring student performance in accordance with local, state and national expectations.
SMART GoalMaster automates the analysis of student performance against long range and yearly progress goals using formative and summative assessments.
